To be honest I'm not completely sure yet they haven't filled us in on a lot of the details. My guess though is it can go 2 ways. 1 management does a R/S into the merger company (I don't think it's probable at all with our SS). 2 as soon as we get more facts we should get more regular updates. The green belt where the claims are has been historically a rich area. With our SS we could take off like some of the other mining tickers that are in pennies.
This is extremely thin as most of us who have been monitoring it know, if we get good announcements and any exploration news as to what all is on our claims, this could fly. If we get good regular updates with estimated production numbers, IMO we can see .05-.10 quickly. That's the reason I'm holding!
Again I don't think a R/S is probable with our SS but I've seen a few others do it so figured I'd just say it is a possibility.
