Jerry's next SEC filing may be a Form 15 to de-register the stock.

That would be the end of the road. Can Jerry just let it die on its own till SEC removes it?

With all the stuff Not going on, the path ahead looks very dark.

No one has been able to answer this very simple question.

Why doesn't XNRG put out a PR giving Shareholders a update on what is or is not going on.
