I'll take a crack at it..........
I am down A LOT, but I haven't lost anything because I haven't sold. While I'll probably never get all my cash back, SCAM is not a word I would use to describe this company.
I have been here five years. I have watched them piss money away on one misstep after another, but I also know many of these missteps were a result of the ever shifting terrain that is mmj.
No I haven't contacted a securities atty, because I don't see any fraudulent activity. Just a very poorly guided company trying to tread water in the mmj typhoon, and not being particularly successful at it.
Also, look at the industry.....Across the board you'd be hard pressed to find any "pot stocks" that aren't down significantly. MJN* down from almost .50 to .08; CBD* down from 9.00 to 3.00; FIT* down from .11 to .006; ENR* down from .65 to .03. So just because it's trashed doesn't mean it's a SCAM. Unless, of course, you believe the entire industry is a SCAM.
Others who will take issue with all of this. This is all JMHO.
