platform you can buy service you want
you can upgrade see the button upgrade
in red starting at 11.19 for real time
quotes but Level II will be a bit more
they have a list you can choose from.

It's a must have just my opinion I just
allow them to bill me on my credit card

Depends whom you trade with. Etrade offers it free if a person has a certain amount of trades per Quarter.
