O/S is colossus (8 billion I believe) but if news of a hook up with a major carrier materializes, O/S won't be a problem.

I had major deja vu today, seeing the stock attempt to cross the .001 level. Pinkie incremental rule will kill any +ive momo if there is no solid news in the following days (v. similar to how this POS traded a couple of months back)
