Look at the financials and you'll see the problems.
Negative working capital (-$6.8 million)
Negative GROSS margin (-$100k - means they sell below their cost)
$4 million loss from operations
Sharp drop in revenue year over year, particularly memberships

GPDB sure is real, before they went public I ordered from them. I was a member for a year. I didn't sign back up because I didn't want to pay the $75 membership free. There is an organic grocers in my area that I order from who doesn't have membership fees or I would still be ordering from GPDB. They have good prices on a lot of items.
