I understand the deal was agreed upon based on those consideration. We read this on 10k. No questions about that.

What we are talking about here is if there is a connection between the three 13G's and the financing required for Koka deal. According to IBroke he thinks the proceeds recd from13G's might have been used for the first 3M financing consideration. Based on the timing, I see that IBroke made a great point here.
