#218738 RE: EndtheFed1776 #218733

"BMS has a long record of buying small bios after failed trials at CSM."

Name some of the others please.

That would be quite an interesting list to see and dig deeper into. For starters, I guess we can start with Merix:

----------

Thanks for the notice more documents have been filed in the CSM case. There are about 100 pages + of filings the last couple of days. PPHM is attempting to discover documents in a prior lawsuit by Merix vs. CSM. I've just glanced at a few of the pages of info but it looks quite interesting. If anyone wants a copy PM me. I'll post more when I go through them, but I thought this quote by PPHM's attorney was an amusing description:

It appears that CSM has made similar errors in other clinical trials resulting in similar and very troubling allegations in other litigation. In that action styled Merix Pharmaceuticals Corporation v. Clinical Supplies Management, Inc., No. 11-CV-03318 (N.D. Ill.), CSM confronted allegations of negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of implied warranty, fraud, conspiracy and other claims related to its KNLH\1354062.1 -1- 2-cv-01608-JGB-AN

I made the mistake of thinking it was Medarex because there are so many puzzle pieces to lay out in front of us, but just while we work on this list I'll mention Medarex because it was a collaborator with PPHM and Bristol Myers Squibb actually ends up buying them out also and now since the sabotage against Peregrine by CSM (Jeanette Bleecker) is extending past a single trial and at minimum it looks like 3 clinical trials... we have to ask some tough question on everything BMS related (especially with CSM who has ex-BMS Gerald Finken who is the CEO of CSM and JB's boss at the time of these sabotage attempts.

Medarex, a PPHM collaborator has MAb news with IMCL:

BMS has ties and buys IMCL as well...
