Actually, serfdom, I think it was simply a name change and a 1:5 reverse split. Pinksheets had BHWJ on a watch list because they were unable to contact the owners. Of course you could be correct in assuming that someone bought the shell and then changed the name and reverse split the issue.

As far as a new Taylor pump . . .
