I've been following AMIC for more than a year and involved in brachy for a little over 2. I really honestly don't believe FDA is going to deny, but if so, the way I see it -
Plan B – Begin marketing and distributing internationally (don’t need FDA for that but it sure makes it a lot easier) and then continue pursuing FDA approval and solve any issues FDA had with Radiogel and submit the other patented devices AMIC has for approval
Plan C – Allow one of the companies that have been pursuing AMIC to acquire some or all of the company
Remember Radiogel is just one of many valuable patents that AMIC holds. I really don't see AMIC management selling (plan C) either. They could have sold a long time ago so this is the last option for them to pursue.
I’m a firm believer in FDA but it’s certainly not game over if the small chance FDA denies. Not by a long shot. That’s what makes this such a good OTC investment and a rare long one at that IMHO.
