Wouldn't they not have to be cleared 1st as they can't be r/s'd...imo

Cleared, would that not leave 767 Million Encounter Technology Inc shares to F/S 10:1 into Osceola Gold...

If those Non self clearing. Were to be cleared at $5 and you did a 10:1 F/S on 767 million. Osceola Gold would be at .50 per share with 7.67 Billion then HFBG would then follow with a D. At $1 the .10 must be thinking $767,000,000.00 value on the GOLD Co. I think $2 or Bust...

With 1.97 Billion and a 1.469 Billion paper slap. I think that leaves 500 million here at NPT.
