From what it's saying on March 24th. Gene Gilstrap wrote a check which on that date brought his total investment to over $500,000. Then by April 30th. wired another $50,000. And will invest another $100,000 by August 15th.
It's also saying before he's done Gene Gilstrap will honor his original agreement to invest a total of $1,000,000 all at 3 cents a share. They provided a way to confirm this directly from Gene Gilstrap at his offices in Waco Texas.
