The second tranche of $500,000 was to be deposited on or before September 20, 2013 in exchange for 5,000,000 shares of Series C Preferred Stock . . .
As of December 31, 2013, the Company received $342,500 toward the first investment tranche.
In January, 2014, the company issued to the investor 10,275,000 common shares, and the investor advanced an additional $30,000 to the Company.
