That's how I see it now also. The entire attempts a hostile takeover then Titan takes a "poison pill" to save is from them.

I agree. I think if we had a better PPS it could be a negative but since we're not doing so hot with our market cap I think it's a good move. If we were worth more it could prevent a fair market value takeover, but right now most companies could acquire 51% with petty cash.
