For starters.......any founder that bought their founding units via credit card can easily dispute the charge. There were letters and emails sent that verify a founder was not simply buying ink but buying into a program that never happened. Founders paid for a program that never existed. This alone will put Lenny into a pickle as he will have to overturn the returned charges with something of substance......he cannot do so. Leaving him with owing the credit companies money's. He doesn't pay it back they will go after him.
