The order has to be manually placed by a TD Broker for 1st initial order. Call and place an order. That's what i did. I hate TD and hardly use them but had money in there and couldn't resist this Opportunity.

I had to move my money into my Etrade account to buy. TD did the same thing with NSA*..it was chilled but with ETRADE I bought both.

No problem buying at schwab, been buying when ever I want, and getting fills in the 100,000s or more, some of the other brokers act like there on some kind low budget, and only allow low risk trades.
