Yes I know exactly what you're saying they set their ask a hair below the current price hoping to lure in some newbies saying I'll buy that because it's actually lower than the price current price then they can but never at the ask total manipulation
just need a little more awareness and a couple of significant players to take a substantial position and the landscape might change very quickly. One thing for certain....it's going to change!!
