In their minds, nothing is illegal until they get caught and even that will be subject to their plea in a court of law, in their minds.

So depos are scheduled by Fairholme, we just don't know the dates n shareholders won't know anything that they discussed or wrote to each other or whatever they did behind the scene between 2008-2012 from now on. What n why are they hiding, if they didn't do anything illegal?
