LMFAO, yep, you called it, and the Form 10 was such a huge and glamorized big deal when it was filed that a huge monument was constructed for the Form 10, but now that it has been withdrawn, it is no big deal.

Since this has been established as extremely important information going forward, would you please sticky the termination link (since links are proof) and highlite something about Form 10 terminated so potential sh's inherit and encapsulate this vital and critical information before they decide whether to buy this POS or not? This info. shouldn't be kicked under the rug, it should be plastered out in front for any potential investor to see.

First of all it was withdrawn, not terminated. It will be refiled as soon as the new auditor completes 2014 10k

As far as this false statement that the new auditors name is known, it's exactly that, a false statement.
