That's my feeling too, plus the fact that big shareholders (holding 2 millions shares +) don't want to fly 10 or 15 hours just to go to Santa-Barbara....
The more I think about it the more I believe it. Hopefully, he has something in the bag already, soon to be announced and we will all be booking our flights to Hawaii.
I don't buy the official story and I don't believe Gregg is a coward. Which leaves us with the scenario that he has signed a big contract to be announced in the next 10 days.
