I've heard that MMs sell stock back and forth to each other, does anyone know how this is done? Just curious.

Yank - MM's trying to keep this thing under control, NOT retail sellers (they'd want .07+ as you said). So, the MM's are trading back & forth between themselves most likely in an effort to keep the SP from going nuts. Sooner or later, they won't be able to do this as buying pressure will just be too great.
