I believe he has a mission here... I say that because of the skin in the game by Dave. A mission though needs to have a plan and a plan needs execution then you can see if the mission is being measurable accomplished. We need to see the expansion of the sales plan, how and when is he going to do it, at what kind of cost and has he got the finances and talent to see the mission through to success. That clock is ticking faster and faster
