Don't know if he's been trading it, but Grasso bought the hype in early 2013, and that disclaimer has been there since May, 2013, when MJNA was priced at about $0.20:

I wonder if he's spent more than five minutes researching MJNA since, because if he had, he would see the horrible corporate governance that has resulted in the lawsuits, the loss of the Dixie Elixirs brand, the termination of the distribution contract with CannaVest, and the overall listlessness.
