Looks to me like Dan may owe her over $300K. That's what I got from reading her countersuit. Those secured convertible debentures can be hell on a company if they don't follow through. 15% interest...ouch!

He's not real good at following through on the 'payment' side. It's pretty much a repeat from their bbq biz days. Same ole, same ole.
