lets do another fact check....here's what is really happening...

3). FORM 10 STATUS - A call is scheduled for Friday with the S.E.C. to discuss the revisions to the HHSE Form 10 filing, including the change of auditors. A blog update will be posted after that discussion is completed.

He's an idiot, among other adjectives not designed to be shown, so yes, arrogant comes to mind for this seedy CEO...

This isn't factual either...the auditor's problems WERE NOT KNOWN WHEN HIRED PERIOD. He was hired to do a job, he was paid, and he did it. NO WHERE was it public knowledge he was being investigated, and no one ever notified HHSE that he was.

These are simple facts, and imo hardly make the CEO " SEEDY "...OR " ARROGANT "...
