Consider this

TRTC owns the extractor. TRTC leases the extractor to IVXX at say $100,000 per month(may include the researcher and additional equipment). The lease money goes to TRTC. Experience goes to TRTC. Researcher is paid by IVXX. Supplies are provided by IVXX. TRTC makes money. Seems pretty simple to me.
