Coopervision will be hosting their Qtly Report June 4th. Looking back Coopervision did not wait until it's Qtly report back in Sep 2014 to announce their acquisition of Sauflon. As a matter of fact it looks to me as though they waited until their shareholders meeting was over to allow time for the dust to settle between shareholder meetings. Which was probably a shrewed decision. They made their announcement on June 30 and then filed a 8-K on July 1, 2014.
Coopervision's last Shareholders Meeting was held on March 16, 2015 and before that meeting COO issued a PR at noon asking EPGL to Grant the Option to License Immediately. I think I was unable to listen to that CC. Does anyone know if their were any questions concerning EPGL and the Option to License EPGL Technology? Perhaps they thought if they made the announcement at noon it would be buried. If there were no comments or question concerning EPGL then they were successful at burying it from shareholders. Oh my, now I am sounding paranoid.
