The risk of elite going private (whether to epic or anyone for that matter) is that the gains for investors will be clipped prematrurely. If one bought last year during the run up a loss could occur. But there is little we can do but hope that given the most profit for all shareholders, including NH is to remain public that they do in fact remain public. I don't think epic has pockets deep enough to pay NH what he feels a Nasdaq listing will bring him. Blending with epic also would dilute NH's ability to be viewed as having turned around the company. Money is good but even better if it come with respect and prestige.
