I am long ECIG.

I dont see why, at this stage, the need to increase A/S nor R/S. That is the point I am making.
Had we been near the A/S max, then yes. Untill then, no. and by the time we need to vote, guess what, 46 millions will not be near 50% of O/S. You make false speculation, scare mongering, fear mongering, deception..
