Not a bad article, but I don't think the author did much research on Vaporin. Phillip Frost is already invested indirectly. He owned a 10.8% stake in VAPO. I'm not sure what this translated over to in terms of VPCO stock post-merger. I feel like he was the one, along with Honig and Brauser, that brought the merger to fruition after the last failure. It is quite nice having a good team of heavy hitters on board! Let's expand a little more and then sell to Phillip Morris for big bucks!
