The seller is not going to play that game at all. And GILD can't possibly buy ENTA outright.

So whoever GILD munches, I'm pretty sure ENTA won't be involved.

Of course GILD has a big enough MC now that they could even take a run at any of the smaller big pharma (like say AZN).
