R/S has been pending for 6mo, if it hasn't been approved by now then it's not likely to happen any time soon. The last 10Q is showing current O/S as of February 23, 2015 there were 685,019,378 shares, (not exactly in the Billions is it?) and there has been minimal trading volume since then (til yesterday). A new plan is obviously in place and the 8K's suggest it, i feel safe tossing some beer money at this. GLTA
