Yes but most legit biotechs usually have some large pocketed partners, and don't trade on the bottom of the barrel OTC markets. I guess we'll see soon as PPCH's 3rd Q results are due in 10 days from today and it's 10-K will be due in October. Since all this accelerated promotions have just recently been placed, all these much larger expenses won't show up until you see it's 10-K in October. However in 10 days from today shareholders will see PPCH's 3Q results and they'll have confirmation that indeed PPCH is an empty bag just filled with hot air.
