Well he is not going to announce to everyone that the con is over...is my point...when confronted by shareholders as apparently he was by that poster..reid perpetuates the con...he is not overtly doing that anymore...that ended some 45 days ago or so with the agm debacle and the end of facebook updates...e

why is he still playing the con?

what does he gain from keeping the con alive? normally that's done to sell shares. not happening here.

True. Once KMAG was suspended his shares were dead. Technically he can dump, but the SEC would force disgorgement of all profits. It would've been a worthless exercise on his part.

However, his other boondoggle TRII has been in play. The last thing Duncan-Jeffy needed were irate KMAG SHs showing up. Currently his other stock isn't doing too well, with his affiliates needing a 02 price to be made whole. Strangely his last PR pumps were in 2013. Maybe he believed in 2014 he could still get it going. So why not a tweet campaign for KMAG in 2014 to keep his image (ego?) up? Too bad he badly bungled the 2014-2015 tweet campaign.

Currently, unless Jeffy-Duncan comes back for more tweets, it seems he has given up on the KMAG con. Meanwhile his twin Duncan-Jeffy has been muzzled in his other stock for whatever reason. Maybe, that contributed to his giving up on the KMAG con? As in it's just not worth the bother or time to him anymore. Not even a business license.
