well yes if you only focus on negatives , every single company on the market is overvalued if you look at the negatives only

there are some positives like 7,3 millions $ bought shares at .56 couple of weeks ago , revenues are over 100 millions and supposed to be way higher this year , company announced that they had multiple proposals , etc,etc...

nobody knows whats going on behind closed doors but im sure we will find out soon
