Authorized was increased which means they are there 'if' needed. As
Susman is taking the hit on legal costs and the Hudson mess is now settled there should be little reason to further dilute. I believe Kidrin had them authorized so he could act once the Markman was complete. His goal is to move to a more senior exchange and he is just prepping to be ready.... he's not going to repeat a 'Hudson' - as the kids are now calling it ;)
Remember, Kidrin and his longtime friends who have helped keep this alive with $$$ are shareholders too!
