The sudden restructuring and lack of F.D.A. updates tells me
F.D.A. approval already went through and its getting busy behind
the scenes. In the next 2 months or less they'll release a mega-
update along with pre-approved secured funding from hospitals,
businesses, private investors and government grants. If this happens,
I would expect us to soar to 0.40 - 0.60¢
