CANV needs to get its financials out, ASAP

CANV needs to get its 1Q/15 10-Q out ASAP, and they need to show that sales increased a bit from 1Q/14, plus some net profit. That might be hard with the price reductions, but if they have indeed been developing new clients, possible.

The company also must show some progress on the statements made by Kevin Berich that you posted yesterday:

Finally, since the sale of $2 shares was in progress during the quarter and beyond, the company either needs to show that if it was only partially successful, now that the price is under $2, it has been suspended.

If they did sell all the shares, then the cash on the balance sheet may help put a price floor in place, especially if sales increased.
