I'm not sure I understand your question and I really want to answer it because this is extremely important. Can you reword it so I can get a better idea what you're asking.

Why wouldnt you add at the bottom between waves 2 and 3 for the wave 3 run rather than between waves 1-2? Maybe i'm misunderstanding?
