as a past employee of swisher, via business buyout, this is tough to recommend. The management is mostly incompetent or non existing in several areas of the country. Overall there is too much waste on padded salaries for salaried employees who do very little and circle jerking with regional meetings.
The cash flow is very nice from the clients, but years of poor vision and management seem to still gobble all that cash up. Blows my mind...
fuel prices are mute when a company sends someone who lives in one state to another state everyday, over 500 miles each way, to work. just a basic example of poor practices.
