No incorrect again.
Your points are regarding bcci dilution upon issuance , my point was strictly regarding conversion and liquidation, big difference.

Secondly, if a trader relied on actual earnings down here in pennyland, much time is/would be wasted.

When Bcci hits .025 I'll buy back in. Until then, I say let Canada have at it.(some of you may get this hint)
