Thats how a lot of people look at it. Whether it will actually act like that no one knows, because no one really knows what will be left in HISC. Hopefully Actsoft is the only entity that moves to the new BB. That way we still have our initial investment intact. But even if the new stock starts trading at .50 it could go straight down (hopefully not). The problem with HISC is that it has a large O/S. Look back at Spencer’s DD posts or in the Board header. A lot of people on this board have done a lot of the DD.
