I don't think that necessarily goes for "all" shareholders. ;-)

But "waiting" is where things often end up with diluted otc tickers.

And if someone likes waiting...there is an infinite supply of that here.

diamondguru-one, Excellent post! I feel it is hilarious that some are saying that a company with GNCP's potential and positive cash flow can't afford a $4,200 fee. Absolutely ridiculous!
And, you are right. Shareholders for the most part are not alarmed about the delay in filing. Most believe there is a legitimate and ultimately promising reason for the delay.
