The insider shares that RIGH is buying were never in the retail hands. Insiders have so much of the O/S that they can't possibly sell most of them to retail, so they sold them to the company.
The company then turns around and sells them to death spirals, who use them to cover short sales to retail. Everyone makes money except the retail buyer.

Yeah, they had one successful pump and dump where they dumped shares to retail at 34 times the current value, but they're not going to get away with it twice. Remember, fool me once ...
