No one arguing thise facts..... interesting that you conviently leave out the statement where Billshitter publically stated that he would not sell any shares..., they would have to be "pryed from his cold dead hands".... you see that statement, with the fact that he then proceed to sell over $4 million dollars in shares, proves the man to be a liar, and his word, not worth shit.... no one is saying those share sales were illegal, he filed his 144s, and sold..... all the while pumping the stock with false claims of partnering with HC, and having all zoning approvals etc.... it was not the selling of the stock that was illegal.... it is the false claims made while he was doing so..... that, is what is going to land him in jail.... and that, is a fact,..... now tell us a few other items from the globe and mail you claim are false, and we will set you straight on those as well.

GR twists the story so that it looks illegal when it is not.

Can you break down my twist here. Please say what I wrote below is not real and never happened.

Based on the information provided during the inspection, the applicant will be ready and able to meet the requirements of the MMPR provided that the deficiencies noted during the inspection debrief meeting are addressed. So 3 months after his statement the inspection reveals that in fact the facility is not ready for production of any kind. Even if the fake pods passed the March statement was a lie from the CEO as the facility is not ready to grow since the grow mechanism are not on place.
