You've been around a while and claim to have purchased during the private equity offering. You also say you've spoken with the CEO. So, what gives you so much confidence in Lorraine Yarde? I am looking at her history and it isn't great. In fact, she has been on the OTC before and completely flopped with a similar product. What makes this any different?
And then there are other companies owned by Lorraine Yarde that is a talent agency (Axius Entertainment) and a healthcare company (Axius Healthcare Security Solutions).
To be honest, I see a CEO who is familiar with manipulating the OTC for share selling scams and has set up holding companies to profit on her latest venture. Could be a great flip opportunity, but I'm not seeing investment potential here. What's your take?
