scarednomore, your post is provocative

No its not, it is the truth as I see it. And, IMO, if you think for one minute that those who stole our money, as you put it, are gonna get away with it, I suggest that you dont know how the SEC deals with folks like that, I, in some cases do know. Why dont you ask them how many personal financial statements they have filled out over the past year or so.

The SEC asks for updated information as time goes on. Fighting against injustice when you dont have a clue why things are happening the way they are. You were guessing. Why did the SEC not have any objections with the SA? If they had a problem with it, they would have objected.

I have said all along that what is happening now is part of a larger picture that you have no way to know about, nor do I, but I was not willing to risk the investment of 5000 shareholders of what you considered an injustice while owning only 5000 shares, thats pretty sad, IMO.

So sure you had the right to, but when you wonder why everyone long responds to you in the manner in which they do, try and understand, in some cases, their life savings that, IMO, you risked. So no, IMO, you did not have the right to do that, even if you are right. Thats why you opted out, so exercise your right to now take advantage of that in getting your investment back through your legal action.
