The Shorter's and the MM's are of no worry when a stock has strong support like $CGRA does and is Very Bullish like $CGRA is then no amount of Shorter's or others can stop a stock once it has gained momentum like this one has the past week, they are bugging because now they are left chasing and trying to build a wall that has no way of being built IMO

Float is to small to really worry about it really. Any buying pressure and this flies through a penny.

I believe the true float is much smaller than the 225 million.
