Calmec and Click have as much in common as an apple and Firestone tire. The only connection is Jons brilliance to get it off the ground, as he DID do for Calmec.

Calmec was a chip and processor developer, here we are developing programs, and user interfaces. Not the same industry, not even close. Click isn't developing something that has a very remote demand like Calmec did, um again major difference. I can keep going but I think u get the picture

I know there are no preferred shares..but in Every OTC stock preferred shares =dilution..!!!!you say i didn't do my dd..omg..i'm here 2years...i hope this time THE aqcuisition Will happen..not like THE deal with josuz pty Ltd..it's fishy..THE new aqcuisition Will bring millions in revenues..(not Talking About profit..,could be only a few 100k $) and it Will only cost rdsh 9m $..hmmmm
