Clowns Schwartz/Bershan are avoiding investors including their earliest backers. AAPT has defaulted in the lawsuit against Mr. Grushkin and a judgment in favor of Mr. Grushkin will be entered shortly. Nobody will ever finance the 2 clowns again.
